Using this website

We aim to provide clear structure, readable text, keyboard-accessible controls, descriptive labels and responsive layouts. You should be able to zoom the page, navigate most content using a keyboard and use common screen-reading software.

Known limitations

The website has not yet undergone a complete independent WCAG accessibility audit, so we do not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Some third-party content, complex calendar controls, generated PDF invoices or older images may not provide the same level of accessibility as the main pages.

Alternative formats and booking support

If any content or function is difficult to use, contact us and tell us the page and the assistance you need. We can provide booking information in a reasonable alternative format or help arrange a booking by phone or email.
