A pending request can be cancelled from your account before it is confirmed. You can also contact us using the details below.
Confirmed bookings
To cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, contact us by email, phone or the booking conversation. Please include your name, vehicle registration and appointment date. We do not currently impose an automatic website cancellation fee. If a specific reasonable charge is to apply—for example, for agreed work already performed—it must be explained to you and permitted by law.
Your statutory cancellation rights
If you enter a distance or off-premises service contract as a consumer, you may normally have 14 days to cancel. If you expressly ask us to begin the service during that period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for work supplied before cancellation. Once a service has been fully performed following your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end. These rights are subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
If we cancel
We may cancel or reschedule because of unsafe weather, illness, vehicle or site conditions, access problems, equipment failure or another event outside reasonable control. If we cancel and cannot agree a replacement appointment, any amount already paid for the unprovided service will be refunded.
Refunds and service concerns
Where a refund is due, we will return it using the original payment method where practical and without undue delay. If you believe a service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, an appropriate remedy may include repeat performance or a price reduction.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
